Sealed bids will be accepted by The New Lenox Fire Protection District up to the hour of 12:00PM on October 24th, 2025 for the construction of a new expansion to Fire Station #2 along with a remodel of the existing building.

Plans and Specifications can be obtained through the New Lenox Fire Protection District website – You will find a hyperlink under this News Story labeled “Request for Bid - Fire Station #2 Expansion and Remodel”. Following this hyperlink will take you to all the relevant information needed to provide a bid for this project.

Sealed bids inclusive of the filled-out Bid Form and Bid Bond must be submitted to the following location:

Bids must be placed in a sealed envelope, clearly marked “New Lenox Fire Station #2 – Expansion and Remodel”. Only sealed bids will be accepted.

Please Note: Any bids submitted after the deadline will not be accepted. Bid Bonds must equal 5% of the total contract pricing.

Bids will be publicly opened at noon on October 24th, 2025 at the New Lenox Fire Protection District Station #1. The New Lenox Fire Protection District reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities.
