The New Lenox Fire Protection District (NLFPD) will be conducting live burn training at a donated home on North Cooper Road March 15, March 16, and March 17 from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. daily. Residents in the vicinity may see smoke in the area during this time. Cooper Road south of Oakview Drive will have a heavy presence of fire apparatus during these times. Please try to avoid the area if at all possible.
