Since 2015, the New Lenox Fire Protection District has partnered with local citizens and businesses to raise money for Wreaths Across America. For the past two years we have been able to cover an entire section, nearly 1,900 gravesites, at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery in Elwood, IL. Thanks to business and organization sponsorships, placing donation boxes throughout the community, and donations from area residents and business owners, we were able to raise over $28,500 in 2019.
