Invitation to Bid

Sealed bids will be accepted by The New Lenox Fire Protection District up to the hour of
12:00PM on July 24th, 2026 for the installation of new epoxy floor at New Lenox Fire
Station #2.

Sealed bids inclusive of the filled out Bid Form must be submitted to the following
location:
Northern Builders, Inc.
5060 River Road,
Schiller Park, IL 60176

Bids must be placed in a sealed envelope, clearly marked “New Lenox Fire Station #2 –
Expansion and Remodel”. Only sealed bids will be accepted.

Bids will be publicly opened at noon on July 24th, 2026 at the New Lenox Fire Protection
District Station #1.

The New Lenox Fire Protection District reserves the right to reject any or
all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities.
