This morning at 11:51 a.m., one of the New Lenox Fire Protection District’s ambulances was in an accident involving three vehicles on Route 30 and Nelson Road while they were returning from training. One person was transported to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. No firefighters were injured in the accident.
